Proceeds from the 2026 event will directly benefit TAB’s network of local, regional, and international partner organizations, which provide essential services including HIV prevention, testing, treatment access, housing support, education, advocacy, and care for individuals living with or affected by HIV/AIDS.
“Every person who purchased a ticket, made a donation, volunteered their time, shared our message, or helped bring Fashion Week to life played a role in this historic achievement,” said Executive Director Laya Barak. “This record-breaking year is a testament to what is possible when a community comes together with compassion, creativity, and a shared commitment to making a difference.”
TAB extends its deepest gratitude to the countless individuals and organizations who made the the 2026 event so exceptional, including our dedicated staff, board members, volunteers, sponsors, creative teams, production partners, participating designers, models, performers, and supporters near and far.
While this milestone is cause for celebration, TAB recognizes that the fight against HIV/AIDS is far from over.
More than four decades into this worldwide pandemic, HIV continues to impact communities across the globe, and young people account for a disproportionate share of new infections. Stigma, disparities in access to healthcare, and misinformation remain significant barriers to prevention and treatment.
As National HIV Testing Day approaches on June 27, TAB encourages everyone to prioritize their health by learning more about HIV prevention and getting tested.
Knowing your status is one of the most powerful tools we have to end HIV.
”At TAB we believe that education is prevention. Every conversation about HIV and sexual health, every person who gets tested, every young person who receives accurate sexual health information helps break down stigma and save lives. As we celebrate this record-breaking year, we are reminded that our work extends beyond fundraising. It is about creating awareness, expanding access to care, and ensuring that future generations have the knowledge and resources to stay healthy,” concluded Laya.
