We are thrilled to unveil an incredible 2024 schedule with you today! This year promises an unparalleled array of enriching classes, mesmerizing music, thrilling mountain adventures, and beyond. Packed with extraordinary opportunities, your biggest challenge will be deciding what to indulge in!

There is an intentional flow to the days. Generally, more asana/movement classes are in the mornings with more restorative/self-care classes taking place in the afternoons. Weaved throughout are hikes and walks, panel discussions, and more. What’s not to love!
