The 13th annual Telluride Yoga Festival, Thursday, June 25-28, 2020, will once again feature internationally renowned instructors and leaders in the fields of health and wellness.
Learn more about the presenters here.
Scroll down to watch Yoga Fest’s latest promotional video. It features MC YOGI’s new track, “Golden State of Mind,” which was performed in Telluride during the 2019 festival.
Yoga is all about being awake, being mindful of your every action, on and off the mat. Any action done with a high level of awareness is essentially yoga and can move you from one point to a higher, better one – the latter, a definition of yoga from Desikachar’s “The Heart of Yoga,” a modern bible on the subject.
Taking the time to slow down and look inward, to take care of yourself through a regular yoga practice, unleashes a cascade of benefits on the mind and body from reducing chronic inflammation, at the base of most catastrophic illness, to enhancing your working memory, slowing down the aging process, even altering your gene pool, claims now backed by hard science.
Feeling those words? Feeling the love? Commit now to the journey inward that is the upcoming Telluride Yoga Festival.
Each year, Yoga Fest aims to curate a fresh and diverse lineup that will excite, expand, and elevate attendees. The preliminary line-up of 13th annual festival features a mix of festival favorites, plus new faces, including: Krishna Das, Chelsey Korus, Gina Caputo, Amy Ippoliti, Faith Hunter, Anton Mackey, Coby Kozlowski, Nicki Doane, Kevin Paris, Mary Beth LaRue, Peter Sterios, Beryl Bender Birch, Yogrishi Vishva-Ji, Leah Cullis, and Donny Starkins.
The Yoga Fest team, helmed by Erika Henschel, likes to think of those teachers and artists as reflections of Telluride and its surrounding mountains: strong, authentic, independent, and offering a unique perspective. They are thought-provoking, inspiring, and true pioneers of yoga in all of its expressions.
And there are more gifted presenters to announce. This first wave is just the beginning.
