01 Jun Your Inner Athlete: Honesty Is Best Policy
We first met Dr. Haley Perlus at Telluride WOW Festival, this year, Thursday, June 8 – Sunday, June 11. Though Haley is not presenting at this year’s event, her tips still resonate.
This week, the sport and exercise psychology expert talks kids. Kids, Haley notes, are super smart, which is why it is so important to follow this specific mental toughness guideline, just one thing to keep in mind for yourself and your young athlete. Hint: honesty is the best policy.
With WOW 2017 kicking into high gear next week, check out the schedule here and presenters here
More About Dr. Haley Perlus:

We were all left wanting more from this buff, blonde brainiac, so Telluride Inside… and Out invited Haley to blog on our site. Lucky for us, Haley agreed.
