Ah Haa School for the Arts
When it came together that two of my favorite people, who happen to be two of my favorite artists, agreed to be the Ah Haa School’s September exhibition, I was thrilled to say the least. Julee Hutchison and Michelle Curry Wright are both local artists represented by the Telluride Gallery of Fine Art. Both of these exceptional women will be featuring new work in this joint show. Julee’s selection of work depicts her fascination with the reflective qualities of white, while Michelle has tackled the fascinating world of playing cards and their metaphoric relationships.
Both women’s work shows a strength and power reflective of each of their unique perspectives. Their styles, while completely different, compliment each other in the most dynamic way. We are proud and honor to have two long-standing locals who have supported and contributed to the Ah Haa over the years, featured in the Ah Haa School gallery.
Join us during the TCAH ArtWalk this Thursday for the show’s opening reception from 5 -8PM at the Ah Haa School for the Arts. 300 South Townsend in the historic Depot.
This is definitely a show not to be missed.
