05 Jul Lama Tsultrim at 3rd annual Telluride Yoga Fest
Lama Tsultrim Allione is among the presenters at the 3rd annual Telluride Yoga Festival, all deeply knowledgeable in the field of transformative practices, but primarily Yoga. Lama Tsultrim is the exception. She does not teach Yoga or the related science, Ayurveda. Lama Tsultrim is the first American woman to be ordained in the Tibetan Buddhist tradition, sought after worldwide for her lucid explanations of Buddhist teachings, made even more accessible by a pragmatism that comes from real-life experiences as a mother and lay practitioner in the West.
Lama Tsultrim comes to Telluride from her home just outside Pagosa Springs, a 700+-acre retreat she founded with her husband, David Petit, which opened for business in 1993.
