The Town of Telluride is accepting applications for its Temporary Winter Community Housing program for the 2026/2027 winter season. The program provides seasonal housing in Town Park for eligible workers employed in the Telluride area.

First launched in 2021 in response to the region’s limited housing supply, the program offers nine spaces for RVs, campers or trailers along the north side of the Town Park parking lot. Each space includes an electrical hookup and access to restroom and shower facilities and a dishwashing area.

Monthly rent is $315 per space, with a $630 security deposit. Tenants are responsible for shower fees under the Town’s standard fee schedule.

The 2026/2027 program will run from November 23, 2026, through April 11, 2027. Tenants must commit to the full lease term.
