Free Oak Street Park SummerSHOW Series: “Deltaphonic”

“Deltaphonic” delivers a gritty, high-energy fusion of New Orleans-inspired blues, rock, and funk along with soulful vocals and swampy grooves that keep crowds moving.
The Sheridan Opera House’s SHOW Bar proudly hosts free summer patio shows to keep the arts accessible to all. This year, from June through September, the nonprofit is enhancing the series—on one Thursday of each month, the event will expand to Oak Street Park, featuring bigger bands, cold drinks, and community connection along the alpenglow. Grab your chairs, blankets, and buddies!

Founded in Jamaica in the 1970s, “The Meditations” are legendary roots reggae pioneers whose soulful harmonies and conscious lyrics helped define the golden era of reggae music. Known for timeless songs like “Woman Is Like a Shadow” and collaborations with reggae icons including Bob Marley and Lee “Scratch” Perry, the trio continues to captivate audiences worldwide with uplifting performances rooted in peace, love, and classic Jamaican sound.
