The Town of Telluride, in partnership with Symbiotic Events, the Telluride Fire Protection District (TFPD), and the Telluride Volunteer Fire Department (TVFD), will host the Fourth Annual Fourth of July Bash on Saturday, July 4. The day-long celebration will feature the annual community parade, live music in Town Park, family-friendly games and activities, local food vendors, a beer garden, and a grand finale laser and drone shows at dusk.
The Town of Telluride, in alignment with San Miguel County, implements Stage 2 fire restrictions effective 12:01 a.m. on Friday, June 26. As a result, the annual TFPD and TVFD fireworks display has been canceled. While fireworks won’t light the sky this year, there is plenty to do in the Town of Telluride to celebrate the nation’s 250th Independence Day.
To continue celebrating the history of Telluride and the nation, the Town and Symbiotic Events are working with Nova Sky Stories and Pivotal Effects to present two unique laser and drone shows:
“Under the San Juans” will kick off the evening. Soaring peaks, wildflower valleys, and the spirit of independence converge in a choreographed celebration of the landscape and legacy that make Telluride unlike anywhere else on earth.
“Sonic Bloom” will close the day’s celebrations. An immersive journey of light, color, and sound that transforms the night sky into a canvas on which every beat pulses through the air and every movement tells a story.

We encourage everyone to come out and enjoy all that the Fourth Annual Fourth of July Bash has to offer.”
