The Telluride Jazz Festival, TJF, August 7–8, 2026, takes place in Telluride Town Park. The expanded festival experience set against the peaks of the San Juan Mountains.

This year introduces an immersive two-stage format:

Main Stage: genre-blending, boundary-pushing performances
NEW Foundation Stage: a deeper dive into traditional jazz and its roots

Plus, a full weekend of programming across Telluride and Mountain Village:

Jazz After Dark – late-night shows Friday & Saturday at three venues

Opening Show – Thursday kickoff in Mountain Village
NEW Jazz Brunch – Sunday morning gathering
Second Line Parade – Saturday fan favorite

TJF is excited to share the 2026 Telluride Jazz Festival lineup—and a new vision for the festival.

This year, the event  expanding to two stages, creating a deeper conversation between where jazz comes from and where it’s going.

The Main Stage will feature genre-fluid artists, special projects, and boundary-pushing performances. The Foundation Stage will focus on straightahead jazz and the core of the tradition.
