On Thursday, March 19, 2026, the Telluride Adaptive Sports Program (TASP) hosts its 30th annual spring fundraiser, The Blue Party. This year the event takes place in the Plaza Member’s Lounge in Mountain Village. The Blue Party runs from 5:30-7:30 pm.
The ticket price –$60; $70 at the door.

On Saturday mornings, TASP instructors and volunteers in their iconic blue jackets are out early – setting the Special Olympics course and preparing the mountain. Soon after, local athletes like Ali Hamm click into their skis and begin practicing their turns, guided every step of the way.
This year’s Blue Party fundraiser celebrates that legacy and helps fund the next 30 years of blue on the mountain.
The goal is to raise $100,000 for adaptive athletes, supporting scholarships, specialized equipment, and the work of our 12 full-time instructors who deliver personalized, one-on-one programming and adaptive guiding.
Join us Thursday, March 19th from 5:30–7:30 pm at the Plaza Member’s Lounge in Mountain Village for wine, tequila, live music, small bites, and a scholarship paddle raise.
Thanks to the generosity of our local partners, the Blue Party itself is fully supported through in-kind donations. That means 100% of auction and donation proceeds go directly to adaptive programming and year-round mission delivery… not towards hosting the party itself.

Live Music: The Woods Herman Andree Cloonan Quartet brings together some of Colorado’s most dynamic musicians for a genre-bending experience. No matter the genre, their music is sure to move you.
Guest Speaker: This year, we are honored to welcome Kyle Stepp, an internationally ranked elite para triathlete for Team USA Paratriathlon, avid skier, and off-road cyclist. Kyle skis and mountain bikes with TASP and is a national advocate for disability rights and outdoor access, making him a powerful voice for this milestone Blue Party celebration.
Light Fare: Indulge in a selection of light fare, provided by Telluride Ski & Golf Club chefs, complementing the evening’s festivities.
