Long-time Telluride part-timer Lisa Barlow is a photographer and writer whose latest book “Holy Land U.S.A.” is available at her publisher’s website, stanleybarker.com. The San Miguel Basin Rodeo in Norwood never disappoints! This year, there was something for everybody: Mutton Bustin’, Calf Riding and Stick Horse Races for the kids; Wild Steer Dragging; Ladies Barrel Racing; Bull Riding; Mixed team Roping; and Bareback Bronc Riding for everyone else.
I may have missed some events because walking around with my camera photographing the crowd is as much fun as the show itself.
