Hello friends and neighbors,
By passing Amendment 79 last fall, Colorado enshrined in our constitution a woman’s right to direct her own reproduction. Neighboring states do not have this same protection, and people are coming to Colorado everyday seeking access to abortion care.
Cobalt is the Denver-based non-profit organization that so capably organized the Amendment 79 campaign. The organization is now focused on patient support for those seeking access to reproductive healthcare.
I am co-hosting an educational and fundraising event supporting Cobalt’s Abortion Fund on Tuesday, July 15. The event will take place in East Telluride starting at 5:30pm. I would love to have your participation.
To RSVP and to donate any amount please click HERE. Address will be provided upon RSVP.
If you would rather donate by check, please make it out to “Cobalt Abortion Fund” and send it to the campaign at PO Box 22485, Denver, CO 80222. Donated amounts to fund are not subject to contribution limits and are tax deductible. Cobalt’s tax ID number is 84-60500191.
Hope to see you on July 15!
