Mountain Village: “Dinner & A Movie,” 10/ 18 & 10/19!

The Town of Mountain Village is pleased to announce a new movie night series, “Dinner & A Movie” at the Telluride Conference Center. The next movie is “Hotel Transylvania” and “Ghostbusters.”

Admission is $15 for adults and $10 for kids 18 and under and can be purchased online in advance or at the door.

A full dinner menu, bar and concessions will be available for purchase. Theater will feature dining tables in the back, traditional seats in the middle and floor seating in the front. Beanbags up front, so moviegoers are welcome to bring their own seating or blanket for a comfortable viewing experience.

Friday, October 18:

“Ghostbusters”

Screening at 7 p.m., doors at 6 p.m., rated PG

The original “Ghostbusters” was released in 1984 and stars Bill Murray, Dan Akroyd, Sigourney Weaver and Rick Moranis. This classic movie tells the story of a group of unemployed parapsychologists who go into business as professional ghost neutralizers. But when a host of supernatural demons attacks New York City, the self-proclaimed Ghostbusters must step up and save the world from the sinister Zuul.

Saturday, October 19:

“Hotel Transylvania”

Screening at 7 p.m., doors at 6 p.m., rated PG

“Hotel Transylvania” was released in 2012 and stars Adam Sandler, Selena Gomez, Andy Samberg, Kevin James and Fran Drescher. Dracula’s plans to host a monsters-only celebration for his daughter Mavis’ birthday are complicated when an ordinary human unwittingly checks in at the luxurious Hotel Transylvania and falls for Drac’s daughter.
