The Telluride Theatre Gala has now become a tradition of summer fun and one of the best parties of the season.

For seven years this premiere, themed event has entertained in true Telluride Theatre fashion, with experiential performance, installations, music, dance and so much more. Each year a new theme is chosen and, as the night unfolds, that through line is incorporated into every aspect of the evening. Past themes have included Alice in Wonderland, Harry Potter, The Trip and The Museum of Magic & Possibility.

The theme for 2024 is YACHT ROCK, bringing Gala goers yet another totally different experience. Captains, boats, country club, pina coladas, sunshine… and, as always, a healthy dose of friendly competition.

Artistic Director Sasha Cucciniello has produced  The Gala for seven years:

“I wanted to create a fundraiser unlike any other in our community. The Gala incorporates all the fun and magic of Telluride Theatre into a one-night-only experience, which has  grown to become  an important part of our season and a unique happening for everyone in attendance. The Gala is also Telluride Theatre’s biggest fundraiser of the year and a great way for the community to support all that we do.”
