Scary Delicious! Halloween Inspired Food & Cocktails with Trang Pham & Perse Vordokas of The View Restaurant
Thursday, Oct. 27, 6:30-8:30 p.m. Limited to 12. $95. A fun and mysterious evening of cooking and cocktails inspired by Halloween. Be prepared for foods you’ve never tried before, unusual combinations, and discovering something fun and new.

Wine For Everyone: Wine Tasting with Chance Van Cleef of The View Restaurant
Thursday, Nov. 10, 6-8 p.m. Limited to 12. $95Taste and learn about the characteristics of a variety of wines and some of the foods that pair well with them. Meant to be a fun, accessible class for neophytes and experts alike, participants will swirl, sniff, taste and learn their way through a curated selection of five different wines.

Make-Ahead Thanksgiving Sides with Krista Montalvo
Sunday, Nov. 13, 2-5 pm. Limited to 10. $185 (includes all ingredients)
Master some recipes while getting a leg up on this year’s Thanksgiving prep so you can enjoy more holiday time with friends and family!

THREE SPECIAL CLASSES by MICHELIN-STAR CHEF ILIANA REGAN (Elizabeth Restaurant, Chicago; Milkweed Inn, Upper-Michigan Peninsula; author Burn the Place: A Memoir and soon-to-be released Fieldwork: A Forager’s MemoirThis fall, Ah Haa presents a rare opportunity to spend intimate time in the kitchen with Michelin-Star Chef Iliana Regan and Level-Three Sommelier Anna Hamlin. Each immersive class will enable students to learn Iliana’s “new gatherer” forage-forward approach to cuisine and the techniques she uses to prepare some of her specialties using locally procured, seasonal ingredients. Iliana will parse out why ingredients work, what are their stories, and ways of conveying these stories on the plate. As part of each class, Anna will do a wine course focused on what is being prepared. Regan’s Telluride classes present a unique opportunity to experience her talent in an entirely different landscape.

Wednesday, Nov. 16, 10 a.m.-1 p.m. Limited to 12. $150These methods help to stretch out your garden and foraged bounty. Chef Iliana will teach fermenting and her partner Anna will teach Wine Basics!

Sourdough: The Basics
Thursday, Nov. 17, 10 a.m.-1 p.m. Limited to 12. $150Learn Iliana’s sourdough method; 20-year-old sourdough starter included. Chef Iliana will teach breadmaking and her partner Anna will teach Natural Wines!

Pasta Three Ways
Friday, Nov. 18, 10 a.m.-1 p.m. Limited to 12. $150Egg yolk enriched pasta dough, both cut and filled. Spaghetti and tortellini, as well as a gnocchi. Chef Iliana will teach pasta making and her partner Anna will teach Italian Wines!

Wednesday, Nov. 16, Tickets are $500; limited to 32 (seats are selling fast!)
Students are welcome to purchase tickets to this special evening, where Iliana and Anna’s talents will be on full display.
