Artists for the second and third programs ‘Beyond Brahms’ and ‘Beyond Dvorak’

As always, Telluride MusicFest presents concerts in Anne and Vincent Mai’s lovely home overlooking Mt. Wilson and Sunshine, near the Skyline Ranch. This year there is also a chance to enjoy a glass of wine and some cheese with the artists after each concert (included in the ticket price, Covid dependent).

“Both Telluride Chamber Music and MusicFest have been going through changes this year and it seemed the perfect opportunity to create a new and exciting link between the two organizations,” explains Claire Beard of the remix of the Telluride Chamber Association (TCMA). “Starting this year, TCMA will be hosting and organizing the concerts and Kathryn Lockwood  and Yousif Sheronick will be undertaking the Artistic Direction and bringing in some incredible performers. TCMA has been working on some great new collaborations including the recent ‘Sustenance’ show with Telluride Dance Collective and this new project with MusicFest is very exciting. “

“We are thrilled to be co-directing MusicFest this Summer and teaming up with the Telluride Chamber Music Association to present ‘Summer Soirees’ in the upcoming 20th Season in 2022. ‘Summer Soirees’ marks the joyful reunion of the Telluride music loving community in the gorgeous home of Anne & Vincent Mai – a restored barn with unparalleled views of Mt. Sunshine,” says co-artistic directors Kathryn Lockwood and Yousif Sheronick.
