Telluride Adaptive Sports Program (TASP) is non-profit organization dedicated to enriching the lives of people with disabilities by providing therapeutic recreational opportunities that develop life skills and encourage personal growth.
TASP works with local and regional school kids, as well as groups from the reservations south of us. The nonprofit hosts groups of veterans, many of whom have a variety of difficulties such as PTSD, amputations, or traumatic brain injuries. TASP also serve families who come to Telluride to ski with a disabled family member. For many regional clients, subsidizing their lessons is necessary. Your support goes a long way in these efforts and is greatly appreciated.
The ticket price of this year’s event is $25 ($30 at the door). Included is a glass of award-winning Emeritus Pinot Noir, along with an early evening filled with dancing to Buffalo Commons, a 6-piece, soul-grass band out of Steamboat Springs.
Buffalo Commons moves souls and feet with harmonizing vocals and huge, infectious energy.
