With an abundance of caution, and at the recommendation of the San Miguel County Health Department, Telluride Arts is adding additional layers of protection to make sure the nonprofit can keep operating the Telluride Transfer Warehouse through the end of the summer/fall season.
Effective as of August 23rd, Telluride Arts will require proof of vaccination or a negative Covid test result within 72 hrs. to enter the Transfer Warehouse, and recommends that masks be worn when social distancing is not possible. Telluride Arts appreciates your support and cooperation as it strives to continue producing safe community events at the venue.
This Wednesday, August 25th, Amplify Adaptive! Entry will be by donation for this Telluride Adaptive Sports Program (TASP) fundraiser featuring live music by local band Lavalanche! Doors open at 5pm. All proceeds will benefit TASP. This event is sponsored by Nova Home Loans and Land Title Guarantee Company.
Thursday, August 26th, Andrew Duhon will be featured at Telluride Arts’ Tiny Concert Series. Doors open at 6pm; show starts at 7pm. Purchase tickets here.
Andrew Duhon is a songwriter from New Orleans whose ability to craft a 3-minute novel has earned him comparisons to John Prine and Jim Croce, while the powerful soul of his voice evokes a youthful Van Morrison. His album, “The Moorings,” was nominated for a Grammy in 2014 for “Best Engineered Album.” Listen to Andrew’s music here.
Friday, August 27th, Sol Chase Bluegrass Band w/Anneke Dean will be featured at another Tiny Concert Series event. Doors open at 6pm; show starts at 7pm. Purchase tickets here.
Bring your dancing shoes to this throw-down session of original and traditional tunes. Joined by guitarist Devon Canady, bassist Phill Brush, and star fiddler Anneke Dean, Sol is making his annual return to Colorado to play for the mountain audiences that raised him.
