Telluride will open for the Summer season on June 19 with a full offering of activities. The resort will be operating 7 days a week through September 19 and then weekends September 25 – October 3. Operating hours will be 9:00 am – 5:00 pm.

The new Telluride Canopy Adventure will reach heights of 140 ft off the ground in some places, and features 5 ziplines, 2 aerial bridges and 2 rappels. Beginning at the Telluride Adventure Center, guests will receive a safety briefing, get geared up and then ride the Village Express Chair to hike to their adrenaline-infused adventure. Once the tour is completed, side by side UTVs will return guests to the Mountain Village Core.

The Canopy Adventure is currently offered exclusively to private trips of up to 6 guests and is priced at $675. The resort may release individual booking at a later date, dependent on COVID protocols and demand.

Telluride’s bike park offers an extensive network of gravity-fed, lift-served trails within the ski resort, as well as cross country trails within the USFS special use permit area. The park will introduce a new technical intermediate trail this summer called “Scrubber.” This action-packed spur from the popular Tommyknocker trail is tighter, steeper and features both natural and man-made features.

With this new trail, Telluride is beginning a reinvestment initiative in the bike park. Introductory pricing was offered for passes and tickets during the first two years, but with plans for future park expansion, the resort needed to bring the rates up to industry standards.

The Telluride Bike Park Pass options for the 2021 summer season include an Adult Bike Park Pass(19 yrs +) for $325, with a Youth Pass offered at $185 for ages 18 years and younger. Previously discounted winter pass holder upgrade and the cross country passes will no longer be offered. Single-day bike park tickets will be available for $50, then will increase to $55 per beginning July 1st once the majority of the trail system is slated to open

The Telluride Adventure Center will be offering a variety of kids camps and activities for all ages this summer, including a new 2-day fishing program.
