Telluride Fire Fest Honored with Major State Grant

On December 18, the Colorado Creative Industries (CCI) announced the recipients for the “Colorado Creates” grant program for the fiscal year 2020. Hot news: the Telluride Fire Festival made the cut.

Colorado Creative Industries announced a total of 134 grants in 27 counties across the state totaling $915,000. The Telluride Fire Festival is one of those proud recipients. The agency’s grants benefit both small and large communities, with 38% of grant funds awarded in communities located outside the Denver metro area.

Colorado Creates is CCI’s largest grant program, providing financial support to help nonprofit organizations like the Telluride Fire Fest produce arts and cultural activities, enhancing quality of life where they happen.

The Telluride Fire Festival is grateful for the support of CCI & NEA.
