14 Nov Telski: Kick Off Winter Season With Annual Rail Jam, 11/16
The Telluride Ski Resort is celebrating the start of the winter season with the annual End of Summer Rail Jam this Saturday, November 16, 10 am-4pm, at the base of Oak Street.
The Rail Jam is free to the public and one of the first opportunities to get on the snow. This annual event coincides with the final day of the KOTO Ski Swap and is set to be the best one yet, with new and improved features and plenty of snow for park riders.
This weekend also marks the last chance for the community to buy 2019-2020 ski passes at local discount prices. Locals can enjoy up to 58% off the 10-day pass at $630; 50% off the 6-day pass at $420; and 40% off the 3-day pass at $269.
All participants must sign a waiver and a parent or guardian signature is required for those under the age of 18.
The event is an open format—ride as much as you want—with awards to be presented after the event at The Drop Boardshop at 5pm.
