Telluride’s EcoAction Partners announces an introduction to the Colorado Commercial Property Assessed Clean Energy Program. The event takes place Tuesday, January 8, 12 – 1:30 p.m., at Town Hall in Mountain Village (455 Mountain Village Blvd., Suite A). Food and beverages will be provided. RSVP here.
The State of Colorado’s Colorado Commercial Property Assessed Clean Energy (C-PACE) enables owners of eligible commercial and industrial buildings to finance up to 100% of energy efficiency, renewable energy, and water conservation eligible improvements. Financing is provided by private capital providers at competitive rates with repayment terms up to 25 years.
On Tuesday, January 8 from 12-1:30pm MST, Tracy Phillips, the Director of the CO C-PACE program, will discuss what C-PACE is and how you can use this compelling financing mechanism to help finance your energy efficiency and renewable energy projects.
The workshop will be very informative for regional contractors, property owners, and developers.
