13 Sep Telluride Foundation: Edith Elliot on Noora Health, 9/15
Join the Telluride Foundation for coffee and a presentation on social enterprise featuring Telluride’s own Edith Elliot. Gathering is Friday, September15, 10 a.m., at Telluride Arts HQ across the street from Telluride Library. Coffee and baked good from Indian Ridge Farm & Bakery will be served.
At Noora Health the mission is to train patients and their families with high-impact health skills to improve outcomes and save lives. The enterprise turns hospital hallways and waiting rooms into classrooms and enables family members to provide care in the hospital and at home.
Join the Telluride Foundation and Telluride’s own Edith Elliot to learn about Noora Health, a social enterprise based in India, and its high-impact work.
Edith graduated Telluride High School and went on to attend Stanford’s Design School. What started as a class project was recently named “one of the top 50 most innovative companies in the world” by Fast Company Magazine.
One reason for Noora Health’s success is the team’s focus on communicating the company’s impact.
