23 Mar Telluride Arts: Twenty(by)Telluride, TVA Edition
Telluride Arts’ Twenty(by)Telluride is a series of fun, lively, casual events that offer an intimate glimpse into the Telluride Art District’s vast talent pool through very fast-paced slide presentations. The Telluride Venture Accelerator Edition takes place Monday, March 27, at the Liberty Bar, 121 South Fir Street.
At Twenty(by)Telluride, presenters are challenged to share what makes them tick—their inspiration, creative process, passions, muse. Each has exactly 20 slides to tell the story and each slide is shown for exactly 20 seconds, challenging everyone to be precise and pithy. Each presentation lasts for about six-and-a-half minutes, and there are generally five presenters per evening.
The whole event is less than an hour and really fun, with a laid-back vibe.
HERE’S THE MATH:
20 slides
x 20 seconds each
x a few great minds
= Twenty(by)Telluride
This upcoming edition of Twenty(by)Telluride highlights individuals in the Telluride Venture Accelerator program, an initiative of the Telluride Foundation, plus locals who are also highly creative entrepreneurs.
Presenters are:
Will Watters
Elena Levin
Cory Warfield
Denise Mongan
Haseeb Tariq
