Fly Me to the Moon Saloon brings the heat during the frosty December holiday season.
Denver’s psycheblues outfit Dragondeer, 2014 winners of Telluride Blues & Brews Festival annual talent competition, returns to Telluride for a headlining spot after making a strong impression with their reverb-laced approach at old school blues.
Fringe internet sensation (mainly for their impeccable Phish covers), turned maturing soulful dance rock act, The McLovins, make their Telluride debut with a new self-titled album full of great tunes in tow.
Tyler Grant, a once National Flatpicking Champion and former member of the EmmittNershi Band, returns to Telluride with his own genre-blending act, Grant Farm. The heralded Abigail Washburn sideman and Fruition collaborator has been busy hosting the radiostyle music program Music on the Mountain in the Front Range, but that will not keep him from his annual Colorado run that includes an anticipated Telluride date.
Colorado’s Mile High Sound Movement bass music project Unlimited Aspect, a collaboration between Robbie Weberg of Unlimited Gravity and Jay Jaramillo of Project Aspect, enlists drummer Steven Kuzma to round out the nationally touring lineup at the forefront of their genre.
Progressive funk and fusion fans can look forward to the debut of Albany, NY quartet Mister F, a well-executed take on vocoder funk and technical jazz movements in the vein of Snarky Puppy, Portland’s genre defining, yet self-described ska americana dub grass band World’s Finestalso returns to the Moon stage with proven songwriting and a unique performance ability.
Last, we are excited to announce that the awesomely eccentric local rockers Spacegunner will be the proper soundtrack to our annual New Year’s Eve party.
