“Our ability to make the necessary lifestyle changes to enjoy health and wellness is driven by our mental and emotional well-being.”

Meet Ed Harrold at Becca Tudor’s 3rd annual Telluride WOW Festival, a weekend of wellness dedicated to motivating, educating and inspiring anyone on a journey to health, inside and out. At the event, Ed joins key opinion leaders from the Aspen Club & Spa, Sports Medicine Department, Bill Fabrocini and Dirk Schultz, along with other top instructors in the field of health and wellness, from June 11 – June 14, 2015.
“ I became aware of WOW several years ago when my agent told me about Telluride and Becca Tudor and the fact she valued breath-based exercise. I thought it would be a good fit and I was right: I love the venue and the folks who attend. Education is key to evolving the old models of exercise that basically don’t work for long.”
At WOW, through Ed, attendees will learn to create a cutting-edge self-care routine or athletic training program that will be a hybrid of Eastern and Western techniques and ideas.
