Madeline Hotel and Residences in Mountain Village is thrilled to welcome Dylan’s Candy Bar to Telluride this summer, opening on-property to the general public as well as hotel guests, just in time for Independence Day celebrations. The Telluride site will mark the brand’s second West Coast location, with existing stores and shops located around the country in Los Angeles, Miami, East Hampton, Chicago and New York City, among others.
The much-anticipated space will infuse a coast-to-coast sugar rush experience into the southwest and boasts a variety of Dylan’s Candy Bar signature items, including thousands of curated candies from around the world. The store will also feature an ice cream counter, perfect for birthday parties, corporate gatherings, or those simply in need of a sweet treat on a hot summer day. Additionally, Dylan’s Candy Bar will host a variety of on-site events for peeps of all ages.
“There’s never a dull moment in our stores, no matter what the age,” said founder and CEO Dylan Lauren. “Fans have been urging us to open another location and I’m so excited to continue to grow the Dylan’s Candy Bar brand and bring the delicious experience to the southwest.”
The addition of Dylan’s Candy Bar to Madeline Hotel and Residences comes as part of the property’s $15 million enhancement currently underway, which includes renovations and revisions spanning property-wide in an effort to increase the overall guest experience. With the recent opening of Madeline’s new kid’s hangout, 20 Below, where adults over 20 must be escorted by a kid, the addition of Dylan’s Candy Bar will further entice guests and their families to stop in for a confectionary creation while visiting the hotel.

The grand opening takes place on Sunday, July 5, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. and features live music, and a variety of kid’s activities. including face painting, a photo booth, and crafting station. Additionally, the first 100 guests of Dylan’s Candy Bar will receive a custom Dylan’s Candy Bar Sweet Treat!
