Beyond the Groove Productions presents Lettuce, with opening act Break Science, Club Red in Mountain Village, Friday & Saturday February 13 & 14. Doors, 7:30 p.m.; show time, 8 p.m.

Club Red debuted with a sold-out show earlier this year and transforms the Telluride Conference Center into an intimate venue for national touring acts. Plush decor, lighting to set the mood, VIP seating and bottle service make this venue unique to the destination.

Doors open for Club Red at 7.30 p.m., with Break Science and house music by Soul Atomic.

After celebrating their 20th anniversary as modern-day rulers of old school funk, the Brooklyn-based juggernaut Lettuce is not showing any signs of slowing down. Having blown up stages from coast to coast over the last two years, ranging from The Fillmore in San Francisco to Terminal 5 in NYC, Bonnaroo to Pemberton, and all points in-between, Lettuce is poised to continue their rapid growth throughout 2015.

BREAK SCIENCE

This duo is a side project for Adam Deitch, the drummer and chief songwriter for Lettuce. In his own words ”We listen to different genres of electronic music and create our own style that is a hybrid of our influences. We are very pleased to have Break Science opening for Lettuce.”

About Beyond The Groove

Beyond the Groove is the name of Denise Mongan’s music production company. Her latest goal: bring good quality live music to Telluride, primarily at the new Club Red at Telluride Conference Center.

Her first show there was in March 2014, Blitzen Trapper. Since then she has produced Deer Tick, Matisyahu, Cash’d Out with upcoming shows including Lettuce in February 2015.

Denise has worked in the music business for almost 30 years and is thrilled to now have the opportunity to living her passion producing live shows.
