The Telluride Art + Architecture Weekend showcases the very best of Telluride’s creative talent through two days of touring and tasting. The tour offers an insider’s glimpse into exquisite homes designed by prominent local architects, eclectic studios of local artists and designers, top restaurants featuring world-class chefs, and plenty of surprises. Each stop on the tour offers a lively art-infused experience with art exhibits, demonstrations, installations, live music, performances, talks, tours, and wine and food tastings.
The Telluride Art + Architecture Weekend kindles artist collaboration across disciplines bringing architects, artists, designers, and chefs together to push the boundaries of creative expression in the Telluride Arts District. Working as teams, local and visiting artists collaborate with architects, designers and local venues to create unique experiences that provide a counterpoint to the space they occupy. Weekend ticket holders will vote for an audience choice prize and a $5,000 cash award to the winning artist collaboration.
The Telluride Art + Architecture Weekend is about promoting the remarkable creative talent in the Telluride Arts District. True to Telluride’s cosmopolitan nature, the event embraces creative collaboration from both visiting and local artists of all kinds: including chefs, architects, designers, musicians, literary and fine artists representing all disciplines.
