Every image he has ever made bears the imprint of his nature – which is intimately tied to a love of Nature.

For photographer Ryan Bonneau, it all began in rural Vermont where, as a boy, he developed a deep love of wild places. In college, a passion for using a lens to capture the unique imagery of a landscape blanketed in natural light morphed into his profession.

Telluride has been Ryan’s address for over a decade, Here, he is most at home exploring the region’s mountain streams and remote alpine lakes. He is also constantly exploring the backcountry of the west in search the undiscovered fishing hole. His day job for the Telluride Tourism Board is photographing the region’s breathtakingly beautiful vistas. He also guide clients to some of his best hidden photogenic spots off the beaten path. Ryan’s images have been published in National Geographic Adventure, Outside, Sierra Club, Backpacker, Patagonia and other prestigious magazines.

On Thursday, March 7, 5 – 7:30 p.m., the Ah Haa School for the Arts offers even newbies a chance to work with a master.
