06 Feb MOUNTAINFILM IN TELLURIDE: CALL FOR ENTRIES 2013
Based on the track record, some time over the next few months, Mountainfilm in Telluride’s director, David Holbrook (an established documentary filmmaker in his own right) and his team will have screened upwards of 500 films submitted to the annual event for consideration. Their daunting task is to whittle down the list to about 75 movies, including shorts, to present at the 35th annual festival over Memorial Weekend, Friday, May 24 – Monday, May 27.
This is official call for submissions for the 2013 line-up. Mountainfilm in Telluride is now accepting film entries for its late spring event.
Submit your film to be considered for one of the longest-running film festivals in North America. Started in 1979 to celebrate mountaineering and mountain cultures, Mountainfilm now showcases a top selection of the year’s best films — mostly documentary, but some narrative — on a diverse range of subjects including adventure, the environment and world cultures.
