24 May TELLURIDE NEWB: MOUNTAINFILM ARRIVES
The temperatures are warm, the skies are clear and off-season has officially vacated the premises. Add that all up and it can only mean one thing: Mountainfilm in Telluride has arrived.
Taking the traditional film festival attitude and adding an environmental and social spin to it, Mountainfilm is one of the best weekends for visitors, as well as locals. Awareness is promoted, activism is encouraged and, of course, summer is officially kicked into high gear.
For those fortunate enough to come to town for one of the better and more influential weekends of the year, welcome. And for those who have no idea what Mountainfilm is about, this recap of last year’s festival should provide more than enough reason for you to come next summer.
