11 Mar TELLURIDE NEWB: A TELLURIDE POWDER DAY
When powder strikes, life takes on a new order in Telluride. A certain excitement hangs in the air, forcing people to wake up earlier than normal, gear up faster than previously thought possible, and slam an entire breakfast burrito (courtesy of The Window) just to ensure a good spot in the lift line, 30 minutes prior to first chair.
Of course, the ends always justify the means. Untouched powder runs and over-the-head turns unleash those floating sensations that never get old. It’s impossible not to sport an ear-to-ear grin, and on most epic Telluride powder days, tears of joy easily fall.
Because when it comes down to it, nothing beats a Telluride powder day. And as proof, here is the third video we produced for the ski area this season.
