12 Mar ANNUAL FRIENDS OF THE LIBRARY BOOK SALE THIS WEEKEND
Early shopping for FOL members and all sales volunteers takes place Thursday, March 15, 4:30 – 630 p.m.
The Friends of the Library’s Used Book Sale returns to the Program Room of Telluride’s five-star Wilkinson Public Library on Friday, March 16 and Saturday, March 17, 10 a.m. – 6 p.m. When you join FOL at the sale, you get five books FREE.(Free books for kids on Saturday.)
Telluride’s Friends of the Library was established to assist the San Miguel County Public Library District #1. The goals of the organization include promoting public awareness of library services, support for library improvement and advancement, and sponsoring cultural and educational programs & activities.
Note: For FOL members, after the book sale on Thursday, join the Friends for the library’s annual meeting, 6:30 – 7:15 p.m. Meet board members and learn what everyone’s accomplished this past year and what they’ve got up their sleeves in the future. (Refreshments provided)
