Telluride’s five-star Wilkinson Public Library continues its new cooking series, Feasts of Spring, featuring the witty, talented chef/author/anthropologist Dr. Susannah Hoffman. On Thursday, February 23, 6 p.m., Susanna focuses on “Fast of Lent: Classic Lenten Foods.”
