23 Jan SAYING GOODBYE TO JANE
Ask anyone at Telluride Adaptive Sports Program, and you will hear that Jane Ekstein was a gutsy woman, wonderful to be around, and one who would work so hard to be able to enjoy skiing in these mountains she came to love.
At a small, quiet ceremony at the top of Telluride’s Lift Six, her husband Carl, gave an emotional talk in which he described his deceased wife as “a determined woman” who fell in love with Telluride and the people she came to know here.
The following video is a labor of love, a gift to the memory of a beautiful woman with whom I felt privileged to work.
