26 Sep Artists wanted for Telluride Artisan's Guild Xmas sale
Did I just put "Xmas" and "Telluride" in the same sentence and we still have a month of days before Halloween? However, planning ahead for the holidays is not a bad thing, especially when a cast of thousands ( ok, closer to 50) is involved.
The Telluride Council for the Arts and Humanities, the event sponsor, is looking for artists and craftspeople to sell their work at this year’s Telluride Artisans Guild Bazaar. Friday, November 5, is the deadline to register.
The TAG Bazaar features homegrown work by popular regional artists, including bead workers, knitters, metalsmiths, fiber artists, painters, jewelers, gourmet food artisans, ornament-makers, and much much more.
The TAG Bazaar, now close to 40 years old, is one of the best places around to find gifts that are more from the heart than from the wallet. This year's event is December 3 – December 5. The hours of operation are: Friday 5 – 8 pm, Saturday 10 am – 6 pm, Sunday 11 am – 3 pm.
