Telluride Inside… and Out readers have watched Ted Hoff of Cottonwood Ranch and Kennel train dogs in his videos. We've seen the success his methods have in training dogs. How about people? In this week's video, Ted is the cameraman, a voice in the background, very occasionally offering a hint, as daughter Lilly Hoff works with two Labs: experienced Mae and young Drake on water retrieves off the dock at Cottonwood Ranch and Kennel.
