15 Mar “Venus and Mars Are All Right Tonight”
Look for the delicate crescent of a fresh New Moon as it pairs up with Venus each evening this week in the western sky at dusk. Venus has returned as an evening star and will continue to shine her effervescent light upon us long into summer. Also visible is her complementary opposite, Mars – "men are from Mars, women are from Venus" – rising after sunset in the eastern sky, near the fixed stars Castor and Pollux in the constellation of Gemini the Twins. Enjoy!
