24 Feb Telluride: After the storm
Last week, several days of snow had blanketed the Telluride region. I'd had a few great powder days on the mountain so it was easy to convince me to join Sus and our friend Susan Dalton for a few hours of snowshoeing near Susan's house. Gina the Dog and Bear the big Lab were all in favor.
I broke trail, which gave me a good workout, especially when Gina or Bear decided to ride the tails of my snowshoes. It was a beautiful day for an outing, and both dogs wore themselves out, which is always a bonus.
