12 Jun First Telluride Farmers’ Market of 2009
The weather was cool and cloudy in Telluride on Friday for the first Farmers' Market of the season. That didn't stop locals and visitors from going from stall to stall, selecting the early season offerings, chatting with the producers, chatting with friends encountered along the way.
The market is clearly a multi-dimensional event: shopping for good sustainable produce for sure, but also a wonderful social event in the community. See you next Friday, and don't forget the Saturday market in Norwood.
