There are lots of things happening at Telluride's Wilkinson Public Library. This time Scott Doser, program director at the library, has laid on a weekend of workshops plus a free concert on Saturday night.
Cosy Sheridan is a singer/songwriter and made it onto the national stage partly as the result of winning the 1992 Telluride Bluegrass Festival songwriting contest. This weekend she is back in Telluride to conduct a two day songwriting workshop (10:00 am to noon, Saturday, May 16 and Sunday, May 17). In addition, she will host a performance workshop at 2:00 pm.
The workshops are free, but space is limited, so pre-register with Scott Doser 728-4519 ext. 20 or by e-mail: sdoser@telluridelibrary.org
Cosy will be performing with bassist T.R. Richie Saturday evening at 7:00 pm. The concert is also free.
The weekend is presented by the Wilkinson Public Library with support of Friends of the Library. Check Cosy's website to hear a sample of her music, see her performance schedule.
