Snowing in Telluride!

The US Weather Bureau forecast for today called for 2-4" during the day, and another 2-4" tonight, snow to begin about 11 AM. The photo below shows about 6" on our patio, the time is 1115, and it's still coming down.

Erik Dalton at Jagged Edge, fitted my new Dynafit boots Saturday night, and the rest of the alpine touring set-up should be ready later today. New snow, new gear- yeah, I'm psyched.

And Gina the dog is anticipating a promised snowshoe hike on our favorite trail up Eider Creek, just a few steps from our door.
